I saw this on RT today, August 18, 2019. Link. A school counselor in South Carolina is walking in the rain. Some video camera catches him just barely not being struck by lightning. I downloaded the video, put it in an editor and extracted the frames just before and on through the strike until you can finally notice the guy moving.
